· Support Coordination (Level 1 & 2): turn plans into action, coordinate providers, solve problems, and keep budgets on track.
· Employment Supports (Finding & Keeping a Job): job readiness, applications, on-the-job supports, and workplace coaching.
· Allied Health & Home-and-Living Navigation: organise assessments, evidence, and applications (SDA/SIL/ILO), and support safe transitions.
· Advocacy & Inclusion Consulting: practical guidance for organisations to improve accessibility and outcomes.
· Understanding and breaking down your NDIS plan: we will help our participants understand the different categories that make up their NDIS plan, what services they can use under each category and how to optimally use their plan.
· Coordination of your service providers and supports: Girasole Support will endeavor to connect you with the service providers that will adequately support your needs. This will include areas such as occupational therapy providers, physiotherapists, support workers and more. An important aspect of this area that we will manage is the service agreements you have in place with your providers, ensuring that they are suitable for both parties.
Monitoring usage of your NDIS plan: it is important that the usage of your plan is closely monitored, this way we can ensure that your plan is not being over or underutilised. The purpose of this is to make sure that you do not run out of funding prior to the end of each funding period, but to also provide us with evidence as to why you need a plan reassessment as your current funding is not appropriate for your support needs. We will communicate with the NDIA on your behalf when you require a change of circumstances, prepare for plan reviews (this may include writing goals or speaking with your service providers for any necessary reports) and to attend plan reviews with yourself and to aid you through them.

· Choice & Control: you set the direction; we provide options, evidence, and clear next steps.
· Capacity Building: every support aims to build your skills, independence, and confidence.
· Clear Communication: plain language, quick updates, and transparent billing.
· Problem Solvers: complex cases, tight timelines, and “too hard baskets” are our specialty.
· Ethical Practice: robust conflict-of-interest management, consent at every step, and compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards.

· Lived Experience: we understand access, transport, fatigue, sensory needs, and the realities behind a plan.
· Results Focused: evidence-based submissions, timely reviews, and measurable progress against goals.
· Reliable Networks: trusted providers across QLD, NSW, and WA to get supports started fast.
