Yes, you have the right to change support coordinators at any time if you feel your current support is not meeting your needs. We can help make the transition process simple and stress-free.

We aim to respond promptly and can often begin supports within a week, depending on individual circumstances.

Girasole Support is based in Brisbane, however we provide services across Australia, with strong industry connections in each state. 

Continuity of support is one of our highest priorities. Rather than relying on a single Support Coordinator, we work collaboratively as a team to ensure you always have consistent, reliable support available when you need it.

Advocacy is at the heart of what we do. We can help you navigate challenges with providers, including communication issues, service changes, or finding more suitable supports if needed. 

We provide both Level 1 and Level 2 Support Coordination services. We work closely with participants, families, and providers to ensure the right supports are in place. "Too hard baskets" are our speciality!
